I work for a large retailer on the east coast. I have 6 direct reports and occasionally bring on 2-3 more when volume dictates. It's merit increase time, in looking at raises for my reports I'm wondering.... how much more, if any, should someone in middle management make than there direct reports? I'm sure it varys for numerous reasons, just wondering ballpark? 2%? 10%? what do ya think? |
