Ever notice as the Baby Boomers get older the chronological age for "middle age" seems to be getting higher.

Was watching the tube tonight and noticed two men ~55 Y/O being described as middle aged. Now my math skills aren't my best feature but wouldn't that predict their expiration at 110 years? I don't mind a polite fudge for vanity's sake but come on. Shouldn't these guys be called Sr Citizens? They won't like it but it's the truth. Their parents had to hear it and so should they. Peter Pan syndrome my backside.

What do you folks think? Polite fudge or Boomer overindulgence?

Hey, if I can claim middle age for the next 8 1/2 years, I'm gonna do it!

My angle is I won't give up my FIRST childhood.
So there.

I guess it all depends where you’re at chronologically on the scale :)
