I'm stuck in checkout queue and it doesn't offer me a way to pay for membership.

It doesn't offer me an option for credit card or input area.

Fill out the billing/shipping address info and keep following the links. It's more hidden than you'd think it would be, but the options are presented.

I completed the address first off and there is no other option or button that I can see.

I always forget... I think there's a button hidden at the top of the screen

It took 3 times putting address in before it popped for credit card.
