You either believe in freedom or you don't. This is F'n America. If a man, of any GD color, wants to start running at any time for any reason, that's his own damned business. Unless cops have some other reason to suspect him of committing a crime, they have no right to detain them and definitely not search them.

I think all the police in the country should just take 2 weeks off so that everyone can see what happens when the police stop policing.

There are specific requirements that must be followed to for them to be constitutionally sound.
