KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo County man facing charges in a dog fighting raid for the third time is due in court Wednesday.
A judge is expected to decide if there's enough evidence to send Kelvin Thomas to trial.

The preliminary exam has been delayed twice before.
The former church elder's Oshtemo Township home was raided in February. 10 dogs were seized.
In 2012 Thomas was sentenced to two years of probation after a bloody fighting ring was found at his home.
36 dogs were confiscated in that bust.
