6'4" 205lbs!  Haven't been this slim since I was 22 years old. Hit a plateau at 215 for a couple months.  Seemed unable to get past that point.  Then Hit the gym and started running EVERY DAY.  At least 2 miles at a moderate pace.  Cut back on carbs and loaded up on protein.

Still have a small bit of fat around my waist so I figure I can run that off in time.  Not bad considering I was up to almost 250 2 years ago.  No fancy diets, no crazy eating changes.  Just running and lifting.  And swimming too!

Congratulations.  Another addition to help you keep the weight off is jumping rope. I've started doing that, and it's helped me with my running as well.

Keep up the good work.  It is not the destination, but the journey.

Congratulations!
