This is not meant as a rip on Democrats but as a rip on the media in USA. The media is so biased that anyone who gets their news from TV will have no clue what is really going on. If McCain was a leftist socialist who associated with domestic terrorists you darn well know the media would not have given him a free pass on that.

We needed someone like Ron Paul to get elected for the country to have had any chance at all of pulling through and returning government to some sense of sanity. Bush and Obama are all one and the same. Both will spend us into the poor house.

Great idea, you old hag.  Make serving in congress so unappealing that only the societal dregs run for office while people with real brains and talent remain in the private sector.  Start offering executive salaries for political offices and you will start seeing some real talent showing up to finally fix things.

Pretty much. There are only 2 types of people who want to serve in congress nowdays.

Those who got wealthy doing something else and normally don't have a clue about government in general.

Those who plan on making money the shady way either during or after their terms are over.

I agree until she crosses the line by infringing on a private entity.  I believe companies should be able to pay their CEOs whatever they want.  I also believe they should be allowed a fail award for doing so.
