Search for Arock...might be Arok. Many people on this site do not like LEOs and will call your agency if they feel that you are not worthy of being an armed .gov employee. The person above had an internet disagreement and called an LEOs agency and told them that he was storing child porn on his work PC and home PC. The officer caught some heat over it...even though he had no child porn. He also called ATF and reported firearms violations that were not true either... Never never never give up who you are or where you work on an unclass open forum. Either way, from a dignitary protection standpoint, you should know better. You and I are in the same business but I would never think it was a good idea to tell the world what our capabilities were. You just told everyone in the world that you are using 9mmSMGs so they should wear 3A armor... It would be like posting a pic of your armored vehicle with the doors open to show what armor package it has...you just don't do that. |

Very cool pics. I'm not trying to be a smartass, but I notice you're new. We do have an HK forum. www.ar15.com/forums/forum.html?b=6&f=9 |
Dude, you are completely compromised. Just as soon as you use the name meathead333 in the course of your official duties you are screwed. ![]() I mean you're in Virginia, what more do we need to know. I'll be knocking on your door in 5 minutes. |
First the people in the Arock thing ALREADY KNEW HIM PERSONALLY. Second, how do you know he is what he says. He might be a Navy SEAL claiming to be in the US Army Exec Protect as cover. And I don't think MP5s are exactly a big fucking secret. Anyone who has seen the Reagan photos should be expecting at least a 9mm response. I know you take your job seriously, etc. and that is a good thing. But take a breath already. You'll live longer. Crap, now I just let on that you guys breathe oxygen. Sorry about that. |
i see your point on this, it makes sense.
However, this I somewhat disagree with you on. I see where you are coming from, but its not like its a big secret that our gov uses 9mm and 5.56 rounds, or any other NATO round. Either way, point taken. Please excuse my ignorance. |

It isn't that the weapon is a big secret, it is that it is now assosciated with a specific detail and that gives up a specific capability... It seems like no big deal but capabilities are an important part of security. Everything from the type of radio, encryption, freq, weapon, ammo, ect...it all matters. Go up to a secret service CAT team guy and ask what all weapons are in the CAT vehicle or Follow car... Don't get me wrong, this isn't a huge issue since everyone knows we carry firearms but at the same time, it isn't good to reveal things you don't have to. |
thanks, my bad. i looked, but i guess i didnt look close enough. a mod can move it if they want |
You realize that the secret service even say what type of weapons they use on their website right? ![]() www.secretservice.gov/kids_faq.shtml#13 |

IMO Some people go way excessive on OPSEC. You can find more info than you'd ever want to know about our army at .mil websites the enemy really isn't going to gather any useful information on ARFCOM that they can't gather many other places unless of course someone was going to give away the time/location/mission of a specific ongoing operation...that would be bad but I'm sure the enemy has got their hands full with just the .mil sites. You can find out unit locations in Iraq and stuff like that just by going to the defenselink.mil site and checking which soldiers are dying where example CURRENT DATE --- PVT JOE SNUFFY killed in AR RAMADI, DATE OF EVENT, WHEN AN IED DETONATED NEAR HIS XXXXXX VEHICLE. PVT SNUFFY WAS KILLED WHILE ON PATROL WITH X-XX INFANTRY. Shit like that. You can download the ARs FMs, etc if you want to know all you could ever care about as far as our weapons and vehicles go. Real quick example I'm going to do... Let's find some intel on who is at Ramadi right now, what kind of ops they are doing and what kinds of weapons/equipment. OK, Now After 30 or so seconds of searching the 3rd latest army casaulty was a 21 year old CPL from Iowa assigned to the 397th Engineer battalion. He died of wounds 1 day after being wounded in Ramadi He died in Balad. The hospital they evac people wounded in Ramadi must be in Balad, good intel for secondary attacks on maybe a medevac helo moving a wounded soldier? Set the IED, set up a shoulder fired missile between the IED site and Balad. He was part of the Army reserve in a unit from Wisconsin. That units website claims to be mechanized and shows pictures of M113s. Now an insurgent that shot a rocket at an M113 in Ramadi on Jan 30 2007 has a good after action/casualty report as to the effectiveness of his attack and the cost/benefit of continuing such attacks. In pictures from their training they have M16A2s, AT4s and various engineer vehicles (bridges, minelayers, etc...stuff they probably didn't bring to Iraq anyways) I'm getting bored but in 2 minutes I could come up with that much. There are army documents which show exactly how each type of infantry unit is supposed to equip their men, everything from how many PAC4s/PEQ2s each person and in which roll gets to who gets the ACOGs to how many rounds they're supposed to carry, etc. All in all this stuff probably doesn't help the insurgency much but some people think it does. ETA: As per the topic...I think MP5s are teh ghey. I don't mind other 9mms though...they just look too womanish for me |
He has a K and while I think their is a modded option, generally a folder is all that is available. |
I'm about 99.9% certain Arock was NOT an LEO. People who KNEW HIM, that were also members of this site, called his boss with accusations of kiddie porn and tried to get him fired. |
|
oh noes!!!!!11Stay behind the blue line! |
KSA has a Marine Corps?! And here I thought the Swiss Navy was the oddest military organization I'd ever heard of... How well did that MP5 run? The ones the SF guys had were nice, but the team leader said he wasn't too fond of them, that his M4's would do everything the MP5s would do. They usually bungied them in the driver seat of their trucks. We would have gotten to play with the mini gun, but there was a problem with the feed chute or somesuch on it and it wasn't running while we were there. |
Wow OPSECIt's not like the fucking world doesnt know that anyone in protective services for VIPs is going to use an something like an MP5.Hell, i guess no one realized that's what hsld units aroudn the world have been using for like 20 or 30 years. Oh, and that the MP5 K is arguably the most whoopass you can get in a package that size, especially with the stock folded and the harness, wich, if i remember correctly, releases the stock when the MP5 is pulled from it. |
I didn't get into the whole thing. But I think it was in retaliation for something Arock did. He sure didn't have a lot of local support. |
Thanks jerkoff, you probably just got the President killed by releasing classified information.

The over-the-top OPSEC comments remind me of the time someone chimed in on a conversation about door breaching w/ a SG, stating to the effect that "the details are too techinical for the average reader here to understand". There's always someone on here pushing condescending horseshit. So now it looks like the horseshit strikes again. ![]() LE isn't rocket science. Get over yourselves. |
Oh teh noes! ![]() I hope i dont get sued or worse, arrested and sent to |
That is freakin cool! I've seen X-ray pics before, but this one takes the cake. |
Very nice. Since you are in Virginia, if you ever need help dumping some rounds through those MP5s, give me a call....I'd be happy to help! |
