I just broke my little toe.  Again.  Took like a year and a half to stop hurting last time.  Frick.  I was rough housing with the pooches and ran the little toe right into the coffee table.  I guess tennis is out for tomorrow.

It's what is called a "stupid wound"  i.e., you get it from doing something stupid.  Next time, move the coffee table.

Have the doc cut if off.  You won't break it again and it will probably heal faster.  Which NFL player had his pinky removed?

Tape it to the one next to it and play WIMP! [:D]

I've done that before, kicked a cinder block while riding a dirt bike. Hurts like a son of a bitch. I feel your pain.

I hate it when I do that. Ever poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick? I hate that too.

I think that was Ronnie Lott.  Damn, there is nothing you can do either.  I'll tape it to the next toe when I go to work tomorrow.  Yes, no shoes, big dogs, not paying attention to surroundings.  But look how cute they are: [:)]

I broke both my big toes when I was about 11. I screamed for a few minutes and then went back to playing. Maybe I should have said something at the time - it would be nice to be able to bend my big toes once in a while.

Haha, I have broken almost all of my toes, probably because I am stupid, have a cluttered apartment, and do not wear shoes often enough inside [:D]

All mine healed though, of course my small toes are bent funny, my right one points up a bit, so I wear into my shoes weird, and wear through socks an awful lot [B)]

There was a WWII Ace who kept breaking his pinky finger.  He convinced the squad Dr. to cut it off when he threatened to blow it off with a .45.  Wish I could remember his name.  I do know he was in the pacific theater.

Naw, I was thinking maybe 35-45# instead of 80-100#.  Plus I don't have to break out a shovel once a day to play hazmat specialist.
