Can someone explain the pros and cons of these? They sound to good to be true.

I have no idea what they are and do not care. I do however believe the red saying I highlited that you posted.SPDR's,ETF's, etc...."they" come out with way's to """"SELL"""" you if they can. I've been investing since the early 80's.

I'm not familiar with MITTS, but are you perhaps referring to MIT's, or Municipal Income Trusts?
