Another subject of grand rapids here.
hey just for information sake there is a gun show comming up october 14th at the holland civic center. By that way any of you folks know who the cheif law enforcement officer is in grand rapids? |

Ya all tri city guys....
where do you blast at? I am a member at Saginaw Field and Stream (100 yard rifle, but slow fire and 3 rounds in the mag---black powder heaven, and they love hunten rifles, and cowboy shooters) and that's great to sight in and practice offhand and such, but I need to blast. I have been to midland, and the 600 looks nice, no blasting. Duncans is out ;-) I bought a small game license and was going to blast out on the state land by the swamp. What do you guys do? |

I am originaly from Sagnasty I now live very near MSU campus. Field and stream SUCKS!!!!!!! them old FUKS. every time I took the AK or AR. "it's people like you that will shut this range down!" And that jackass that runs the wednesday fun night for pistol shooters. What a joke! Here's how it pretty well goes, sorry guy, the new rules pretty much rule out any kind of gun but a cowboygun, you can still shoot pins though. We wont be doing the Combat course in the woods anymore, shooting at OD targets from real life scenarios with real obsticals between you and the target is too much fun and real for you non-cowboy shooters!............. |

Don't live there, but I spent quite a bit of time travelling throughout Michigan for my last employer (as well as Ohio, Western Pennsylavania, and A bit of West Virginia).
I must say, my favorite part of Michigan is SOARING EAGLE CASINO!!!!!!! My last time there I won a grand, lost it, and won it back again... that was the week of my birthday, this past April [USA] |

Hey Boris---
The pistol fun night guy---Cowboy Bernie---told me if I didn't become the range officer for the modern guns he would not let them shoot anymore on cowboy night (pistol fun night) next year. Sure I'll do it, if we do it my way. There will be much shooting and running if I start doing it. Oh, and ARs (mostly), AKs, and FALs are 1/4 of the normal rifles during free shoots (cowboys, BP, and small bore target each hog a night, though) Guess the old timers have toned down their crap. |
