A sharply divided Supreme Court on Friday lifted orders the Trump administration was facing to turn over more records detailing the decision to terminate the Obama-era program that offers quasi-legal status and work permits to so-called Dreamers.
The justices voted, 5-4, to grant a temporary stay of orders that a San Francisco federal judge issued requiring federal officials to provide internal legal analyses, studies and other materials the administration gathered in advance of the decision announced in September to wind down the program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA.

Next Trump needs to fire Meuller and all his hand picked Clinton donors being we NOW know it was all based on a fake DNC paid for 'Dossier'...and pardon all caught up in the biggest abuse of power since the US Civil war.
BTW, Yes Trump as the power to do all that legally and he can not ever be charged with obstruction of justice of the agencies he heads, no matter what the activist anti-American MSM has been spewing as legal fact. DACA is not a law! How can a judge find anything except that DACA has no legal basis. It is not even a question of constitutionality since it was never passed by congress and signed by POTUS.

"... to grant a temporary stay of ..." So, why wasn't this a permanent stay and overturning of that idiot District Judge's unconstitutional order? Also, what a crap site. The author is clearly biased against the President because he pretty much only addressed what the losing (loser) side of the Supreme Court had to complain about, quoting the numbskull/numbnutz Breyer and failed to address the opinions of the winning side. The writer/journalist Fake News propagandist Josh Gerstein totally ignored the reasons that the court ruled in favor of President Trump. Why is that? The site is "Politico" and explains why I don't read anything they put out (Fake News site).
