Except for the the rust, yeah it does. 
Rebuilt the suspension this summer Rebuilt the cooling system with parts that are less likely to blow apart Put in the 3.2L straight six S52 from that generations M3 Have an 3.23 LSD sitting in that barn waiting to go in Just need to fix the cosmetic stuff, swap on the snow tires, and she'll be ready for winter. Edit: Needs a wheel bearing, FSU, new rear window (defroster lines are toast), and 4 new O2 sensors too
