The M1903 is not a rare rifle. Rare rifles are those ones made up to 20.000 units or less.
I have a "rare" rifle: a Swedish M38 Mauser. I'd like to have a M1903, but seems that they are quite unavailable outside USA, while, up to three years ago, it was possible to find US Property M1 Garands. It is still possible to find P17 "Us Property"... Afaik, M1903 where built in more than 800.000 units: where the hell are they now? |
