If I tell you, you have to swear you won't tell anyone. Cool? 1. 1.25 lb 91% Ground Beef 2. Using your hands, mold the beef into a patty shape about 1 inch thick. Any thicker an it'll never cook in the middle. 3. Heat grill up really good so it will sear the meat when you throw it on and seal the juice in. 4. Place big fookin hamburger patty on grill (I have a gas grill) 5. Flip every 5 minutes for 25 minutes (I like em medium well). Done |
