Beans = protein & fiber
Crackers = startch & fiber Bacon = Bacon ( a vital nutrient) ARFCOM up = good ARFCOM up at work = even better Not in a dining room = normal ARFCOM No firearm = pass...work rules I'd say 8/10. Balanced meal Next time, bring the bean & bacon soup in a plastic container, nuke it and have warm soup. Or, do it the way we used to in the old days when men were men. Leave the beans in the can, nuke it, and eat the beans & bacon off the walls. (don't even try it. Don't ask.)
