Could someone please direct me to any web sights that you can find out info on someone? I have a friend that needs to find out someones birthdate so she can file a restraing order.
 I would prefer free info sites if possible. thanks Terry |

A date of birth for the subject is not required for a restraining order, only positive identification. If the police are given the subject's name and address, they can make the appropriate identification and contact with the subject. No detective work is necessary on the part of the order plaintiff.
