When I was younger, I read one of my dad's VFW magazines. In there was a story about 12 soldiers dropping into an area for a small mission. Unknown to them, a whole battalion(10,000+) of NVA soldiers were coming through on the way to a mission. It was a brave and vallient fight, and I think the only 4 out of the 12 died, while they killed 1,000+ Vietnamese.

Anybody heard of this story before? Anybody have more information on it or where I can get some?
