I ordered some yesterday and they shipped out today, lady on the phone was real nice |
Considering I just got this email from Tapco re: 30rd mags.. i might just order some of these.. and cancel my tapco order.
the lady said they have about 2000 in stock and she told me they are LEO marked
That's an excellent price too! |
I just got the five I ordered from them and they are brand new-in-BOX/Leo marked Okay mags. They are in perfect condition. I am very happy.
I bought all I will ever need when they were $20. I cant imagine ever needing more than ~100 mags.
Can you guys seriously convince me to buy more? |
you can never have to many Plus you have to have some of the LEO marked ones for your collection |
FALARAK... you need to send all those old junky ones to me for $5 each and then buy those new fangled LEO ones...
I did the same thing. When a few guys on this forum were selling the teflon Labelles for $20 each, I countered with $18 each shipped if I bought 20 and they agreed. They came new in the wrapper.
I guess I don't feel too bad, they are only $7 each cheaper, and I imagine they would charge shipping on top of the price. |
only $7 cheaper thats $140 if you bought 20. The shipping was $6 for my order BTW. I am in the same boat I bought about 30 NIW labelle teflons for $20 a peice before the ban. |
This is the ad thread that disapeared off the EE the day after I ordered from them. This gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling but I got the mags with no problem.
They were fine but for one strange thing. All six of them looked like they had been inserted in a gun with a too tight mag well on the latch side. All six mags had the exact same scrape marks on them. Other than that they looked new. Anyone else have these marks on theirs? |
Did they come New in Wrapper? |
I'd rather look at it like $7 cheaper per mag. If I do the math, it is depressing. I feel even worse about my Glock mags, I paid around $100 each for my unmarked 3rd gen drop frees.
I know the feeling |
Honestly, I really dont want any. Just my luck to get detained or hassled by some D.A. LEO. |
One question, What are you going to do when those 100 are empty? What will you do? I doubt reload 100 mags. Besides do you really think the boys in the Blue Helmet's will give you time to reload? |
Yes, the ones I bought from moncrie had the same marks. I suspect Okay test fits them before they leave the facility...... |
That was a smart business person.
Usually the LEO mags are a loser for FFLs because Depts just order from the Mfg. for a great price. But this place must have ordered a bunch in anticipation of the AWB sunsetting. Good for them! (and us too) |
... you fellers ever hear of "go no-go" gages? - If not, believe me, they're for your own good. Get over the friggin' scratches already! |
When I first got some NIW USGI mags I was pissed off at all the scratches and decided to sand down the mag to get them out I now feel like such a idiot |
No shit. A truck ain't a truck unless it has a few scratches on it. Same thing goes with mags. |
Wow looks like Tapco got slammed... I'm glad I jumped on it right away!
Easy trigger, I am no mag fag. My shit gets dropped, aight? |
Dollar cost averaging. |
I ordered 10 of these and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I'll post when I get them as to condition etc. I asked for all Okay's.

The tracking # I got says I should get them on FRI so I will report back to see if they are legit
