Which musicians do you think sound better live than recorded?

I like Eric Clapton live.

They are both good in their own ways... I'd like to add that I usually find people who hate live performances to be strange. They don't seem to be able to feel the intensity and emotion that a live performance brings about.

Face to Face Live Album is better than any of their studio albums.

The James Gang (Joe F'ing Walsh) was way better live than on their records.

Me too. I've seen them live a few times and wasn't impressed.
