They are offered on an irregular basis (often as the site needs upgrades to hardware) and the price rises with each offering (at least it has historically)

Just keep an eye out in the store on a regular basis to see when they pop up

they are offered randomly once in awhile, you gotta be fast on it since alot of people are waiting for them, they used to be like 300$, but they go up each time on average, they will probably be 800-900$ on the next release.
