Did anyone save the letter from ATF about the limit on evil features for post ban rifles, i think it was addresed to a law enforcement agency, please post it or the link to it. Thanks |

Real simple...the ATF enforces laws, it doesnt make up its own as needed. The law currently on the books will sunset on 9/13. On 9/14, anything that the AWB stated is irrelevant, as if it never existed in the first place. Dont read more into it than that, it really isnt rocket science...the people that make the laws arent going to come up with a bill that can be passed in 3 weeks. The ATF can say whatever they like, but the law as of 9/14 says you can disregard the AWB. |
