If a website has a item posted for 0.00 and I buy it at that price. By law they have to sell it to me at that price.

Nope, unless they are advertising that it is free. If its a glitch or error, then no.

Isnt that like bait and switch.

Well technically it is advertised free.. If they charge my acct for just shipping?

No not really. If they don't change the price then yeah its crappy of them. Let them know the price is incorrect and they should change it.

No, it's an "internet pricing error" that does happen from time to time. Some places have the price to go $0.00 if it's out of stock (why I don't know, but I've seen it). Try calling and making the order for it. Chances are it's out of stock, or they'll have the actual price.

Here is a better question,

Are they ADVERTISING this as FREE, or is the price just $0. Are they aware that they are giving it away, or do they not know.

probably not aware. I was just wondering though.

They're allowed to make a mistake.

You don't have to buy it if you don't like the correct price.

No.  An offer to sell something is not a commitment.

That usually means there is none in stock
