Started out with this...
 and this...  And ended up with this...  Olive oil, salt, pepper, and some fresh ground Italian herbs. Finger licking good!!!! |

Lake...and the bait is a secret. Biggest one is 13.5". Other two are around 10-11". I had two more in the 13" range on the bank, they both came off the hook and rolled back into the water. Hooked one that was probably around 19", it threw the hook just 10' from me.

+1 on not keeping the heads attached. Those aren't crawfish, after all. Of course, I'm not that fond of seafood except for stuff like what's below.
