Was a junkie for awhile.

The first 4 or 5 seasons were great, not too much PC bullcrap, good stories, solid acting and character developement.

Gave up on it when it started becoming a PC soapbox, changing real-life stories into fairy tales to keep the sheep calm, etc...

Same here- I was hooked, truly. Then things like the Homer Simpson episode and the episode where the two female lawyers kissed each other made me think: WTF??? and I soon bailed.

Let me quote Al Bundy:

I don't talk to the law,
I don't listen to the law,
I don't watch L.A. Law.

The blonde chick who was on the last 2-3 seasons was pretty hot too.

Isn't it ironic that NONE of the actors on good shows like LA Law, Hill St. Blues, etc. don't reappear on another show?

Almost all of the actors from any Steven Bochco TV series are under a no hire order after Bochco's TV show 'Cop Rock" tanked...Dann Florek is the exception.

LA Law was cool, except for Susan Ruttan (God, what a fat ugly mouthy bitch).

Wouldn't Dennis Franz be an exception then, as well?  He was on Hill Street Blues (as a couple different characters), which was a Bochco production, and he seems to be working pretty steadily.

For a while LA Law was one of my favorites, but it became so PC, that it became difficult to watch.
There were some hilarious characters on that show.
Anyone remember The Salamander?

Man, that is an old show. When I did contract work at Universal Studios, I met a lawyer who actually help write one of the scripts.
