While President Bush remarked, in a recent speech, that Italy is giving a help in normalizing Iraq and the 19 soldiers died in Nassiriyah were heroes of the War against Terrorism, mr. John Kerry today insulted the honour of the soldiers of MY COUNTRY.

He said, in a silly statement that "The Iraqi army was so bad conditions that even the Italian soldiers can kick their asses and defeat iraqis" (I am quoting from the Italian version, not having the original statement reported here). Lately Kerry apologized saying that he didn't think what he said

Kerry's statement pissed off our Ministry of Defence, Mr. Martino, that replied that "The issue for Mr. Kerry it's not that he spoke before thinking, but that he didn't think very carefully before speaking."

I am frightened if such a clown became the next President of United States... G-d save USA (and their Allies...) from Kerry!!!

He does that a lot, said similar things to the Poles, Australians, British, all our allies.  Only the French matter to him.

If its OK, he insults our soldiers too by his mere existance.
If you had a communist government (again), then he would like you more.
I would call in to Drudge and report your outrage.
Maybe ABC gives a shit (yeah, right)

It's the 4th anniversary of the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen, too.  Kerry called that and the other attacks on the US by al-Qaeda in the 1990's "a nuisance".

This is what I found so far. Sounds like it was back in 1997. Link

Take his great quip about Saddam Hussein's military back in 1997, when he was advocating an expansion of the NATO no-fly zone. "The Iraqi Army is in such bad shape now," Kerry said, "even the Italians could kick their butts." Everyone split their sides, they were laughing so hard. Well, almost everyone. For some reason the Massachusetts state auditor, Joseph DeNucci, accused Kerry of a "degrading, disgusting" ethnic slur. And a spokesman for the National Italian American Foundation said, "It was a totally inappropriate comment.

Don't you know it is okay for liberals to utter racial and ethnic slurs.  The only time it is not okay is it one of us who detest Kerry and his ilk say it.

Greetings, Paolo.

The Italian who defied his captors to the end showed the courage of your people.

Kerry should be ashamed.

Paolo: It looks like the GF and I are about to win another trip from a company we represent. I appreciate and admire that Italy and Poland have stood with us in the war on terror (and middle east zealot-fucks).

We'll be tossing a coin to choose between the two countries.

As sad shame, really, that germany and france (NOT capitalized on purpose) have done what they have, as there were things I'd like to have seen and done there. We've already passed up two trips to france and took trips within the U.S. instead.

I would also like to thank you.  I have been to your country and it is great to have such wonderful allies such as yourselves.  Tell everyone you see that America truly and sincerely thanks you for sacrificing so much and standing by us when things were not so easy.
