At this rate, I don't care how good DeSantis is. You'll never see another Conservative President, ever, again.
Never in history has the incumbent party held the Senate and only lost a few seats in the House under these conditions. This is one of the worst economies in decades and the left surgically controlled the narrative to a T. Our education system, the media and future demographics all align with the leftist ideology. The surprise should be that Kari Lake was a new anchor for many years, thus well known to the community. People used to vote on name recognition. I think it's multifactoral. Too many California transplants, voting manipulation, and extra leg work the democrats always do. We had some bozo come to our house and hand us flyers to vote democrat. No one with a republican affiliation came to the door, ever. I have a Ring camera, so I see who comes by. I also think people need to stop discounting the Trump party line Lake was pushing. If she had just sold herself and not had any connection to Trump vocally, she'd had probably won. Whether you like Trump or his time in office, most of which I approved of, he ran a lot of soft voters off. I'm not saying Biden won a legitimate election, but people are discounting the divisiveness Trump brought to the political game. He simply made too many enemies. It's politics, and the word itself implies that you play ball, even when you don't want to. I agree, no one seems to like Biden and all the patients and some staff at my work joke about his demented behaviors. I wish Lake would have won. I think the whole election is bullshit, but it's been that way for ages. I never understood how Clinton won when I was able to vote for the first time. He was so clearly a sleazeball, and even my 19 year old self could see that. Like someone else said, we've had democratic governors and swung blue before. We just aren't getting enough fuck-ups from the democrats to sway the voters. I know I'll get slammed for it, but Trump, like him or not, pushed a lot of people away. Hell, even my friend from the early 90s is now very much opposed to republicans. He won't vote at all now because they're all "scumbags". He's right.

You might be right that the 2020 election was decided by fraud. It wouldn't shock me. Conspiracy theorists ate generally unconvincing but there were enough irregularities that the democrats' objection to any meaningful investigation is suspicious in and of itself. However, there's a very large proportion of American voters who might vote right of center but see us as the people still screaming about our own pet theories after they've tried to change the subject and then walk away from the conversation entirely. And they vote. And they see us as the equivalent of the 1619 project asswagons who insist that da jooz manipulated wypipo into inventing slavery out of jealousy over Wakanda being such a wonderful place. That's likely a third of voters who might be sold on voting for a candidate who can articulate a conservative vision. Or they might vote specifically against the candidates who turn them off (remember 2016? Mass hatred of FHRC did that.) Or they might decide to stay home and play with their dicks and their tv remotes and sit this out entirely. |

Our Wisconsin election heroes ... went to scores of county registrars and challenged thousands of phantoms (fake ballots) — proof in hand. Quietly, below the radar, they showed registrars, whose job it is to deal with this sort of thing, that Bill Jones was not a real person. They helped clean up addresses that were wrong — either typos or fake. Any one of those addresses was a landing pad for a loose ballot. On Election Day, the Wisconsin Democrats did not have enough phantoms or mail-in ballots to go around. A Republican senator might have been saved by these actions. Another angle to make it harder for them to cheat. |

But running out of toner, leading to 90 minute waits, leading to people going to other sites only to be told they were checked in at the previous and "thus voted" had a bigger impact, and was intentional. The volunteer who had the totals from her precinct with 200 more ballots than people processed is fraud. The rejection of 4 out of ten ballots, to be collected and "adjudicated"/(adjusted) downtown out of sight, with no chain of custody is fraud. The rejection of signatures for republican zip codes and accepting crayola scribble as signatures from democrat zip codes is fraud. |
