I was watching Fox News a few minutes ago and a Federal judge stated that the US Coast Guard is not only for saving Cuban lives at sea but assuring that they are provided opportunities in this land and away from their former countries?

The Federal judge ordered that 15 people deported to Cuba be returned to the US and that the Federal Gov. had better make a good effort at it. The Cubans did not reach dry land so they were sent back to Cuba. I am sure Fidel is just waiting to issue them visas for travel to the US.

Since when has it been policy for the Coast Guard to provide opportunities for the "American Dream"???
