Sorry, I've had to spend over $130 this week for gas.  It ain't funny to me.  
It's surely cost a lot of you way more than that.


$3.00 for a gallon of gas.  

How much of that $3.00 goes to the local, state and federal .gub as tax?

The .gub makes more on a pack of cigs than the manufacturor.  I wonder if it's the same for fuel...

If it's such a crisis, why isn't the tax repealed for the next few months?  

O'Shitty was raising hell and demanding that the gas companies reduce their "profit's" by 20%.

Yet I don't remember him saying one word about the TOTAL tax cost per gallon.  

Not to mention the 47+ different formulas mandated by the state & local .gubs which add to it's cost  ...  

(Thank you Sir, President Bush, for nixing some of those requirements this week.  
Let's just pray we don't all choke to death next month as a result.    )

They need money for the war and the hurricane damage. No way are they letting up on the taxes. They have all the money they need to buy gas anyway.
