I’ve seen Trump speak several times recently. He’s talking up Tim Scott. It’s also telling that he comments on how humble Scott is. Scott would pull a few votes and not upstage Trump. Scott has been at a couple recent events. Trump has been working for black votes since he was President with criminal justice reform and “record employment.”
