Angle mounts aren't new.  

However, to truly be tier 1, you need a long range scope, a red dot, and iron sights for back up but mounted the opposite angle.

I'm not a 3 gunner but I think I'd rather have an offset Aimpoint Micro.

I see the high speed guys at 3 gun running something like this but most have a side mounted reflex type sight !

Yep, I don't use them but one of the guys that participates in my club's multigun competitions has a burris fast fire mounted at an angle and a scope in the regular place.
