First off there is no such damn thing as a 'murse'. It is a fucking purse; period!
If he is not openly ghey he sure as hell wants to be ghey or more than likely he wants to be a woman and can not afford the surgery.
You are not being mean at all. The douche bag deserves every thing he gets if he is stupid enough to carry a purse while still trying to ACT like a man. There is one thing you need to do though. Make sure NO ONE knows you are doing anything when it comes to making fun of the fucktard. If he is that big of a woman he/she will eventually go crying like a bitch to your superiors. No need to get yourself in trouble so keep every thing you do to him/her secret.
