A popular one is mIRC, but it constantly nags you to donate money. vIRC is my personal choice. Setting it up isn't very hard.. point it to chat.ar15.com and join "#lobby"

With mIRC downloaded just open your browser and type in irc://chat.ar15.com it will open up then type /join #lobby
