Okay, it's a little bit tongue in cheek but just a little.
He is just fucking things up royal and the only beneficiaries of his fucked up policies are this country's enemies, and other socialists. At the rate things are going the Dems are going to walk all over us in 2006, and for sure in 2008. 4 decades of having the socialists screw the country over and now that we are in power this is it? You've just got to be shitting me. |
I was thinking about this earlier.
I can see what he's doing. I can see how he is doing it. I just want to know why. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever know. Hillary and Looter Guy '08 I guess. We're being prepped for it, might as well get used to the sound of it lol. |
He is and always has been a YANKEE.
I've been tellin y"all this for years. |
Well, I've been a yankee all my life but lived in the south for 4 years while in the Marines and married a Southern Belle. I'm now a Reb at heart. What I don't get about all of it is why doesn't the Party rein Bush in a little. I sent a letter to my Rep this week asking basically WTF? WTF are you guys thinking? Geez. |
No.
Lighten up guys. There's a ton of shit ongoing now. He is doing a good job. |
No.
The differences between the goals of the Democratic and Republican Aristocracies are well defined: pure socialism versus feudalism. The end result for the average Joe/peasant will be about the same: rule by oligarchy. An insane adherence to 'parties' and a system specifically designed to handicap any third/fourth/etc party from joining is what is bringing supposedly parallel lines together. Imagine if one could just run for office without having to sell your soul/principals to get funding/organization? Instead, any mention of beliefs outside strict accepted dogma will have the Political Officers dragging you away from the debate. There are many good people who vote in each party, usually holding their noses. |
Wow. You guys really hate Bush now ah?
What changed in the last months? Supreme Court? Thats really an unknown truthfully. |
Listen to this man! |
divide and conquer. precisely why I do not align myself with political parties. reminds me of a bad farside cartoon..... |
Sure seems to be the case. Those espousing either cause would do well to look back through history.
I blame the voters for that one. They should educate themselves on the candidates and their platforms, show a little civic responsibility.
Yeah they'd muzzle me.
Yeah, we sure do. Good post. I for one, don't give my allegiance to anyone other than my country but I am definitely conservative and GWB is doing things that seem destined to cause an implosion of the Republican Party. Unfortunately, that is what we are stuck with and much of the Republican base is thoroughly pissed at what he is doing. Many will not vote in the next election or two and that will hand the election to the socialists, lock, stock and barrel. In all honesty I cannot blame them as I feel the same. If this is what we can expect from Republicans than it is over. |

Once a politician gets into office, there are no political parties for them. They are all corrupted at some point. Republicans = stairway to hell Democrats = express elevator to hell The lessor of two evils is still evil. |
In order to get power the repubs had to move towards the part of the political spectrum with the most people ... the middle ... and the bozos in the middle seem to like socialism, so that's what they get.
Unfortunately we get it too. If he was a hardcore conservative, he wouldn't be in office. |
i agree with both of these negatives but they have been going on for over a year now. Why all of the hate suddenly? |
Anybody else hear judge Bork today?
"Bush is fed up with the conservatives" Says if Miers isn't confirmed he'll put up someone worse, he's pissed off that conservatives aren't supporting him like he thinks they should |
Agreed...I guess...Sure don't like it though and in the long run he is going to hand the entire shooting match over to the Dems. They're going to hurt us next year, that's the way I see it. And in the meantime it is doing harm to our nation. Politicians suck. |
Because even with plummeting approval numbers he keeps doing the shit that is pissing his base off. Hell, even some dems are sick of the border crap. |
I don't think it is sudden, a lot of us have been upset for a long time, some of us a lot longer than others but still. It's just that the voices that used to TRASH anyone who criticized GWB on this board are largely silent all of a sudden, and the previously silent fence-sitters are vocalizing their newfound disappointment. |
Well, we're pissed off that is acting in a manner in opposition to the best interests of conservatives and the nation. |
I think I can speak for at least my wife and myself. We've been unhappy with GW for the last 4 years or so. HOWEVER Kerry? THAT is our alternative? GW any day. Bottome line is the reason GW is taking heat from alot of quarters, but the GOP will not suffer from it is that the GOP base will continue to vote GOP, becasue we're not dumbasses like the left, and, the left can't really say much, 'casue all thier people voted for the war. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the GOP take the next election. |
Right now I would prefer the express elevator so we can fix it before our kids have to rebuild. |
Its unbelievable that Bush was the more conservative of the two GOP canidates. Its also unbelieveable to me with the cabinet he has. |
If this is true, Bush can kiss off. |
Plus one. If it's an inevitability, let it happen now, in my time, not my children's time. |
He needs to stop aiming to please. He only picked Meirs because if he did not pick a woman, the Dems would clame he's a sexist pig. Almost all his policies are aimed to please the media.
Yes. That is why I voted for Michael Badnarik. Why on earth would I limit my choices to a man who I knew would drive this country off the cliff at 90 mph and a man who would drive this country off the cliff at 85 mph?
Bullshit. Look at the other democracies in the world. You will note that the majority of them, under parliamentary rules, have oodles and oodles of parties. Fuck all good it does them. What makes you think we won't have tiny extremist parties getting undue influence here, as they do around the world? Would you like to trade places with Germany or Japan? Our system works just fine. We are much better off without Consitution Party or Green Party idiots having any influence in our government. |
Sure seems like it. When he started out in 2001 he seemed to do what he thought ws right. WEll not everybody loved him. So now he is trying to appease everyone and his numbers plummet. Get a clue big guy. |
It looked to me more like cronyism....giving his supporter the job. AKA FEMA director. Bush seems to value loyalty and also reward it. |
There has always been plenty of that in Washington. Doesn't make it okay but it has come to be what we expect. |
Obviously you settled for someone that doesn't even know how to drive at all |
I think because he is so vilified by the Left he has to overdo everything to prove he has compassion.
1) More money to the department of education than Clinton ever dreamed of. got Ted Kennedy's no child left behind bill passed. 2) Medicare Prescriptions, the biggest addition to Medicare in decades. 3) 9/11 & Hurricane Katrina payouts, largest disaster relief in history. No Vetoes of Congressional Pork & the War on Terrorism. I really do believe we would have spent less with Kerry since Congress and him would spend so much time fighting. I still prefer Bush to Kerry. |
Oh yeah, God forbid the people vote for who they want to and not for who they HAVE TO. Our BS 2 party system is broken and has turned a lot of voters into apathetic dickheads. Why? Cause they dont see a difference in paper or plastic. As to "tiny extremist" parties getting undue influence, Well where is that happening? Without a majority coalition they can't rule. And guess what? if 10% of the people want "Green" Candidates then 10% it should be, Again God forbid the Gov't be representative of the peoples will. Also, Japan is a "one party" system, not a parlamentary one. They keep electing the same Party since 1955. Why just you accept that fact that your Bush boy went bust and has shown his true colors as a maniac and asshole. |

Bush is a bonesman! Trained in the arts of the new global agenda. Just like they all are, no representation anywere. Their all in on this socialist bullshit. The scary thing about it, is that most nations go towards socialism because their economies are in shambles, and we are heading in that direction. Can we stop it NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONOONONONONOONONONONONOONOONONONONONONONONOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Why worry about 08? If the bird flu hits like all the doomsayers it won't matter anyway.
