I came across a very interesting article in the Russian newspaper Pravda, it's the English version of course, read it and I would be interested in reading your comments.

You have to know (just by reading it) that was written by a Commie or a Democrat. They always play up that greedy class-envy crap. I pray that there isn't really that much envy in our country.

My God, this Pravda reporter had everything (that I have knowledge of) exactly right (I managed to read the first third of the story).

How come we can't get that kind of penetrating coverage domestically?

Strange how factually correct the article is.  And mostly unbiased.  What am I missing?

I've never read Pravda before.  I read a couple of other articles.  I guess I'm shocked at the level of writing.  It's certainly better than what gets presented in contemporary American media.

Has Pravda always been like this?  I bookmarked the site for further reference.

Like Arock I am amazed by my time spent reading Pravda.  Hell of a note when a Russian newspaper is this much better than our own piss poor attempts!!!!!!1

I love Russian news. They are totally removed from American financial influence in the press, and most Russians deeply admire America and Americans. (Kind of like the opposite of France.)They tend to unravel our bullshit very well! I really appreciate being able to read our news from them because they expose staged news events that the government whips up to change public opinion. You'll be needing this link more in the future, so knock it over into "favorites".Russian democracy is only ten years old, and its quite different than American democracy. When American democracy was founded there was nothing here.Wide open land. My great grandfather drove a wagon into North Dakota and was deeded the family farm for planting trees on the land. Now the banks and corporations run it. When communism fell everyone there was deeded the home they were living in.They don't have class domination and they are taking steps to control it.Pravda translated is "Truth".

Hey -- I wrote that article for Pravda.  Let me just say that I am neither a Communist nor a Democrat (though the Russian Communist Party is not the same party ideologically as the one that committed the Stalinist atrocities) -- I am also not a "fascist hard-right" whatever as a number of US "anti-hate" groups claim.

My name is Bill White.  Politically I have been all over the map -- I started on the very far left but have also worked on the very far right.  Last year I worked for Pat Buchanan's election campaign for quite a while, and then helped the Maryland Constitution Party run a candidate for Congress.  I am a member of GOA and a supporter of the Tyranny Response Team.

I was, frankly, amazed when Pravda asked me to write for them, but since the Bolshevik revolution and the Stalinist purges they have become a very patriotic pro-Russian organization that is much more in line with the American "right-wing" than the decadent American liberal-left and phony neo-conservative right.
