Looking through the Dec 17 issue of JP magazine and saw the article on the Infidel CJ5 build. In the pics they are totally rocking a KEK/Pepe flag!! Sweet!

That's my brother's jeep. The guy lives at the desert and in local micro-breweries. He's also a Rick and Morty pimp. Below is my project, https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/47594/photo__1__JPG-331607.jpg View Quote |

So will they print an apology in the next issue? Most of them are in the overland side of things, where granola meets Land Cruiser. |

YUP....the Jeep belongs to me. I can't believe I didn't see this thread yesterday !
I didn't feel special enough to post it here in GD, but I did post it in the "Cars and Bikes" section of the forum because I'm proud of the work I did to it, and it's not everyday a member gets in a magazine that isn't porn. The entire Jeep was built by me in my garage/shop. All the fab work, wiring, everything was done by me. Took about year to get done. The paint was done using AERVOE spray paint and magnetic sheets that I created templates with. Took about 50 hours and it was a chore. I guess that's about it. It's just a fun toy I take to the desert or mountains, and then beat the crap out of it. Hope you guys dig it. _ |

My brother forgot to mention that is the 2nd Jeep Commando that I have hauled up to Washington from SoCal for him. Here's the other one I hauled up to the house in WA. https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/244419/20151127_134341-332248.JPG View Quote |

Haven't read that magazine in years. My CJ-3A was in the "reader's rides" section many moons ago. It hangs in my garage-the magazine issue, not the Jeep.

The guys at JP and Four Wheeler magazine seem to be "gun guys" as well as off-road enthusiasts. I've seen numerous references to AR15's and one of the mags did an article on a Jeep built by Patriot Ordinance Factory. The POF Jeep has rifle racks to display their products.
