The first couple of seasons of that show were epic. After that, all the truly talented people left to make movies or have their own TV shows. By the time the show ended, all that was left was the B-level talent.

Yeah, that show definitely had some brass ones in an era when the PCness was starting to come on pretty strong. It was probably one of the first to openly & repeatedly take shots at Michael Jackson back when everyone was still treating him like he walked on water. They were merciless with a lot of pop-culture "icons", with Jackson in particular becoming a regular gag-line in their skits. I remember the homeboys shopping network skit where they were selling MJ in a bag.

I still catch it regularly on the FX channel. Always good stuff.
