That's a joke right? bar with no weights on it, 10lb on the arm curl machine, their self-defense moves that are worse than a beginner with 10 mins of instruction.

I saw that earlier. Look at them, they are horrible. All they are going to do is get themselves and whoever they are supposed to protect hurt. You know how it is, you rely on somebody for something and they fail it is worse than if they just were'nt there. So people are going to be relxed, off gaurd, expecting to be protected and these dumb broads are going to flail at an attacker and get both themselves and their protectee killed. if the prtectee had no protection they would be better off because they would be paying closer attention.
