Is the Century G3 clone considered an import, or a domestic rifle?  Is the manufacture of the reciever technically where the rifle is from? If so, then is the reciever made in the U.S.?

I'm a bit confused on this.. I want to put a few genuine HK parts on it such as cocking handle and a HK wide forearm.. But if it is considered an import, it has to have a number of American parts.. correct?

Thanks.
