I bought a box of three of those after I saw them here. Target has them.

At first the daughters laughed at me and made fun of the old man and his crazy round ice cubes.

Now they've stolen the damn things from me and are constantly emptying them before I get home so they can sit around with their cool drinks.

Blasphemers!

The Macallan pushes ice balls hard. No better way to say you produce shitty Whisk(e)y than telling people to throw ice in it.

It's easy, you just freeze your ice with the alcohol in the middle

You go about making the spheres as usual but don't let them freeze all the way and give them a flip about half way through. Then, when the wall is around 1/4in thick, very carefully extract the water inside with a syringe and inject whatever you'd like in the middle. Keep them in the freezer until time to serve and you're golden
