That's a gun, guns are not a lamp.... .   You can not make it a lamp no matter how hard you try. You may however stick a bulb on it to make it shine but why?

No bolt head and the barrel has a significant crack and bulge at the muzzle

And yes, you can make it into a lamp

Kinda what I am wanting to achieve (photoshoped)

Easy if you don't mind permanent damage. A bit tougher if you want to preserve the integrity of the rifle.

Well...I'd make the base about 2' across.  Inset for the stock to set into.  Quick foot release.  Gravity run the power cord up along the barrel/bolt assembly.  Mount the bulb to a circle clamp with a butterfly release.  And, hang a lampshade on top.  Now it's a lamp that can be converted to it's original use with a couple of clicks.  And, since an unloaded firearm is useless, I'd probably have rounds in the magwell.

Run a hollow threaded rod from the base through the stock, you will need to drill into the rear of the receiver and rn the wire up through the barrel into the lamp set of your choice.
You may need to epoxy the lamp to the barrel crown

If you want to keep what's left of the bolt you may need to heat it to soften it and drill through it as well

You can get kits with the hardware you need.

People use them to make lamps out of all kinds of stuff.

Now, if you want it bad ass, figure out how to make the trigger into the lamp switch.
