I thought i would surprise the wife n=by cooking a nice roast for dinner tonight, well she wont be home till about 11, its 8:30 now. not a problem plenty of time right? well i threw it on to early over estimating the weight of the roast and underestimating the cook time...how can i keep it tasting fresh untill she gets home


Update - as of 8:33 i tested and have confirmed the awesomeness of this roast, will update with pictures once camera is located
