It would of been better if he was accidentally shot while resisting arrest or something.
I heard this on the radio today and it broke my heart, the little girl is still in critical condition. This fellow isn't worth the .22 rimfire round that it would take to penetrate his skull. Too bad us tax payers have to pay to take him to trial and then pay to house him in jail. WTF.....................

Well I'd say when the other inmates get word of what he did, he will be wishing he would have put a Smith & Wesson in his mouth before he was arrested.
