Most likely the connector is loose. Probably not going to get unloose.
Fixes: 1. Stop wiggling the cable, or 2. Use HDMI. |

Yeah, loose connector somewhere. You could also (assuming this is VGA, a blue plug) unplug it and make sure none of the pins are bent.
