Well as of 1 hr ago ...I am officially retired.  It has been a six week ordeal but I finally prevailed.
I have been negotiating thru my legal counsel since day one so I have not gone balistic with the former employers minions, my lawyer has done this on my behalf. I am pleased to have the entire mess ended but now have to let go and look for my next career.

I went from having 200+ employees to  zero.  so it was a huge crash landing but I landed on my feet not my ass !!

I was victim of regime change and got wacked by the new CEO on the day of our intial meeting.
My replacement is a former work associate of the new CEO.  Out with the old in with the new.



Thank God my wife has been supportive thru all this.
I am now in the making lists stage of what to do next:
I need to fix things around the house, etc.  however,
GO TO RANGE has been on each list but have yet to go ??

My post count should go up as I am now a man of leisure.
