Can someone please tell me why this man is so popular and revered? And while I'm sure that many blacks think highly of him, you know he wouldn't be around any longer if it weren't for those whites that deify this man.

The "izzle" crap is from childhood speak called "double-dutch", kinda like "pig latin". Then there's the '70's song "Double dutch-bus" (think that's the "official" name of the song), don't remember who the group was. HTH
