They are so slow when embedded...I end up closing the tab roughly a third of the time.  Don't you think linked is better?

That would be weird...Firefox has been better at everything so far (for me anyway...).

Maybe Firefox is faster in the 70% of the times I consider it acceptable and wait for it but it's at normal IE speeds in the 30% when I get fed up and close it.

I think I follow.

It's just a button on the advanced editor. Of course, now I can't figure out how to get to the advanced editor.

Are you using the Advanced (WYSIWYG) Editor or the Plain Editor?

Advanced –––––––––– click on the Flash icon, past URL into the SOURCE box in the pop up window and hit Ok.

Plain ––––––––––––––-  {flash width='  425px' height='  350px' src=put url here}
replace { } with [ ]

So, how do you get to the andvanced editor? That seems to be the easier way to do it.

Just click on the flash or media symbol, then past the URL.

Yes.

Link them instead.
They really slow down a page load.
Personally, I prefer to watch them in a separate window.
Even if they are embedded, I open and watch them that way.
