They look like a BBS two piece, but hard to tell without seeing the inside of the rim.

What would be the identifier on the inside?

Are we talking on the opposite side of whats pictured? Or inside the tire?

vw rims were bbs 1 piece, without the locking bolts, at least all the ones I have seen..... center caps may be the same.....?? I think bmw had some 3 piece bbs rims ~~that look like that however.~~... what is the lug spacing?

nope, bbs 3 piece have the locking bolts outside the ends of the spokes... those are probably some weird knockoffs..... you will have to measure that lug cup and order center caps based on that.....

All VW BBS sets I have seen have it prominently cast into the spokes on the inside..... you would NOT miss the "BBS".... even filthy...... I would assume they cast all of them like that..... but who knows.....

All BBS wheels I recall seeing have it cast or milled in the wheel somewhere. I'm not saying it's not possible but they look like imitations to me.

Correct, the BBS ID should be cast into the wheel behind the spokes somewhere.

Sorry those don't even come close to resembling anything BBS would make. the multi pattern hub indicates a cheep wheel as indicated before.

Fikse wheels are machined billet not cast.

I bought a single 15" NIB Ray's TE37 in Bronze for like $100 just to have one.

It was sooo light and rung like a bell when you knocked it with your knuckle.
