Gave the retirement speech...

Got more fruit salad...(the flag is the one that flew over our camp in Baghdad)

I can finally begin my new career as a beach/fishing boat bum and blow up all this ammo that's been taking up all this space in my safe.

So what was your final rank?

Did you get your VA physical done and did you get at least 30%?

Now is the time for you to join the DAV!

I went out the gate in Oct '99.

I am enrolled in the MSRP (Master Sergeant Recovery Program) and progressing nicely. From the time I got out it was 3 years before my next haircut.

Congrats. I just punched out, also. My retirement date is 1 August. Did 21 years; out as a MSgt. I loved the job, but every year the politics and corporate environment was getting worse. I loved to deploy, but it was getting too hard on the family. Best of luck on your future endeavors.hug.gif

Congrats and thanks!!!

Nice shadow box! I always just stand in awe of my uncles. He's a retired USAF E-7, nothing super significant, he is a Vietnam vet. I dunno, maybe I just respect the .mil too much.
