Anybody ever try this ? Does it work at all, or is it just hype ? Please Tell.

My dad did Insanity.  He lost 20 lbs in the first 30 days.

It works, you just have to commit to it and eat healthy.

Doing P90x now.  Definitely stronger.

If you can keep up,  it will work.  Buy it off craigslist. I got mine new and sealed for $40.
Sean T is a bit light in the loafers, but he knows how to motivate.

It works, but it's not for the faint of heart.

It uses the principle of eating less and moving around more. So of course  it works.

My brother would be RIPPED if he ate healthy.  He's been steady at P90x and Insanity for over two years now.

I lost about 12 pounds, and noticed my gut was smaller, and that I was getting bigger.  You wont look like the folks in the TV ads, but it does do something.

... Oh yeah, the other thing it did was put me OOC for about 2 weeks after straining something on the back of my heel when I was doing those "run in the push up position" things.  (I'm 38)

Start slow, do your own stretches (Shawn T's are confusing and rushed, IMHO), keep your core tight while doing the exercises, press pause if you have to, and slap on a few sets of pushups and crunches after the workout.
